Our Story
“Kabsat” is the Ilocano word for sibling — and that’s exactly how we want you to feel when you walk through our doors: like family.
Set on a 1,500-square-metre beachfront property in the surfing town of San Juan, Kabsat is a modern Filipino restaurant and bar built around the idea that great food, cold drinks, and ocean sunsets are best enjoyed together.
Our kitchen draws on Ilocano heritage — bagnet, dinakdakan, poqui poqui — while adding fresh twists that keep regulars coming back. Whether you’re here for a post-surf breakfast or a late-night round of cocktails, you’re always welcome.
